★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can experience the view of kampung nelayan in the bustle city of Penang. The homestay condition is good but it has only one toilet per house. It not so convinient for people with family especially those with small kids as the stairs is quite steep. However the location is nice as it hidden a bit from the city and really close to the beach. You can even enjoy barbeque party during night time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to go if you have a big family. Nestled in a fishing village but surrounded by, like any place in Penang, condominiums. You can buy fresh seafood from the fishermen at a reasonable price. The place has a common kitchen where you can cook... If you want to. The chalet has 4 super single beds and 1 double.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a nice place to stay but you need to bring your own blanket as only 1 blanket is provided. Also, please bring a Mosquito repellent!! Overall the place has nice view and you buy freshly caught fish, crabs, mussels etc from the fishermen in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This homestay is comfortable and it is literally next to the beach. It is perfect for family of 6 or less. The only problem is the kid's beds doesn't have any blankets and to get to the destination is quite hard since you have to follow the off-road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only for Muslim... Ok I respect your culture but please give a note 'muslims only'... Pitty of us done booking tru booking.com n called them on the day b4 travel for confirmation, the homestay owner said it's fully booked (aft asked am i Muslim or non muslim).. last minute need to find accommodation...really frustrated... booking.com agreed to refund the booking fee fully, but only received 10%.. I really feel frustrated with booking.com and the homestay owner itself. Didn't stay but still paid RM250, what a ridiculous. Eating people money without any service.. Booking.com n Kampung Rhu homestay really a money eaters.
