Very neat and tidy cleaning service. He explained everything in detailed while he was servicing the machin. He is very helpful and people-oriented, very patient with elderly too. He also tried to accommodate to my timing on the servicing and delivery of the spares. So far everything is working well on the old model kangen. And don't worry about trying to remember the date of the yearly deep cleaning service. He will remind you when the time comes. Thanks Mason for the thought. Much appreciated.
