★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my order for 5 craft beers and realized that 2 of them was not what I ordered, and one of the wrong order was craft beer dated from 2020. I reached out to the WhatsApp customer support on 30th May 2022 and they told me they will retrieve the bottles and replace it because the 2 bottles that I ordered was out of stocks. On 31st May 2022, they picked up the 2 bottles of beers from me. As of today 10th June 2022, after 8 working days, I still didn't get my refund, but they have mark my order as completed on the website.
I know sometimes things fall out of place and mistake happens, but at least have the courtesy to proactively let me know when I will received my refund, and not me keep chasing my money. This is my first time purchasing on this site, and it would probably be my last.
