★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever, implemented appointment by time frame but didn't inform patient. Forced to wait for 3 hrs till the number was given. Don't they know that others have to work? if change procedures, pls tell patient and display it! buat sendiri syok sendiri kah? all the while only morning and afternoon session, during CMCO change their procedures without any notice.

Need to have a few dustbins for patients to throw their waste tissue & food/drinks plastics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience here. Went for HiV check up. All the staffs, MA, nurse, doctor are very kind. Takde marah marah ke tengking ke. Semua very very baik. The process there also smooth. I wait for half an hour for registration. But after that, all the process are super fast. It takes only 45 minutes for overall process include registration.
