The sheets are beautifully soft. You can tell the good quality by the feel and the seems.
I might order another set in a different color soon.

My experience with the purchase of this set has been a good one. The customer service was great, the price of the set was right, and although I am certainly not an expert on thread count, I am actually quite happy with the quality and price of the product (I've used IKEA, Tencel, Hooga and event Marks & Spencers)
Note worthy: Most important factor in a pillowcase other than it being soft/comfortable is that they fit perfectly. I have Large sized type pillows - so I have a hard time finding cases that would fit properly and stay in place. Surprised that these Kapas cases do both!
I'm the person that likes keeping packaging/boxes from the items I purchase ? But mine came damaged! ? Might be a good idea to change your courier vendor.

I had very high hopes for these sheets considering the claim of 'softest sheets' and the 30 day money back guarantee. They have great advertising, reviews and marketing!
I have taken a few months to write this because that's how long I've given the sheets to soften. I followed the instructions carefully- not to use fabric softener, to instead use white vinegar and baking soda on the first wash.
I have now washed my sheets as usual for at least 6 rounds, honestly, they are not the softest sheets on the market. They do not compare to Tensel nor do they compare to sheets of 1000 thread count. Perhaps the claim should be "Softest 400 thread count sheets" and it should stay in that category.
I have not asked for a return on the 30 days because sheets are heavy, expensive to ship back and a down right hassle which ain't nobody got time for. I'm sure Kapas would have made some arrangements for shipping if I had requested, but like I said- what a hassle!
I don't hate the sheets but they are definitely not the softest. I wouldn't trust reviews from people who have just received the sheets brand new as it takes time for sheets to soften up - at least that's what you would expect.
There are lots of reviews thanking the founders for a personal message in the box - it's a nice touch but not worth RM500+. I'd rather truly soft sheets.
If I had to compare the sheets? Those sheets you get in IKEA back during your university days for RM189/200? Same texture, barely a difference.
I hope my review is received in good honest faith as it truly reflects the quality and feedback from my sheets and experience.

However, there is an important expectation to establish. These aren't the softest sheets you will find on the market. Sheets with a higher TC may not be as durable because the individual strands of cotton used are a lot finer, but they will likely feel silkier than these sheets. Some types of polymer blends also feel softer than cotton. Several reviewers have likened the quality of these sheets to IKEA's, and I think this is a fair comparison to make if texture is your sole consideration.
Where Kapas shines is in the durability and strength of the cotton used. There is no doubt that these sheets were built to last. If you're looking for reasonably soft sheets that will serve you for years to come, Kapas is the way to go. They're a great investment. However, if you're looking for the softest sheets on the market, bear in mind that there are many other strong contenders. These alternatives may not last as long, but they can certainly provide you with a similar texture at a lower price point.
Ultimately, the tradeoff between durability vs. short term comfort is a personal one. I'm satisfied with my purchase, but I would have liked to have this knowledge going in so I could make a more informed decision. I probably would have opted for something softer - even if they didn't last as long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Kapas Team for taking pains and going the extra mile to produce actually good quality and comfortable bedding suited for our hot weather. It is rare these days that people take extra effort for customer satisfaction. The dimensions of the bedsheet was not too tight fitting and hence it was easy to fit it on. No huffing and puffing when replacing with fresh sheets which usually happens with others. Keep it up Kapas Team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my new duvet this week and honestly it’s the best duvet of my life. It’s perfect for our tropical Malaysian climate. It feels like I’m sleeping in a comfortable cocoon. I highly recommend it! I also have the sheets and they are really comfortable and cool. They become softer after a couple of washes which is what you expect from good quality cotton
