★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Migrated to Shopline platform after the salesman convince me that their payment gateway which is Shopline Payment will take 3 days to settle for payout. Even I ask many time does it really will payout within 3 days even in the website said it will take 6 days and more. He said yea, your payment will be settled within three days. After i am fully onboard, the payment still stick to T+6 days. When contact him again, he never reply me back. What a lousy salesman. Before onboard, tell everything will be helped by him. After onboard, even my whatsapp message never replied. Shopline also offer limited payment gateway which is way more lousy than theirs. So that the customer will choose their platform. In Malaysia we have a lot fintech company offer better rates and settlement period. But they choose not to include so that people will choose their platform. I suggest if any of you want to find good ecommerce platform, pls look into payment gateway offer. I will migrate to other platform once it is ready. I will give that salesman rate around 1/10. Leaving client after onboarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service SHOPLINE has been really helpful toward merchants to manage the business under one system while enable to integrate other marketplace such as Shopee & Lazada as well as social media such as Facebook, Instagram 7 Whatsapp. The workload become easier and manageable even though there is lack of manpower. Really recommend the system for small entrepreneurs.
