★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this shop. Im buying mattress with a divan. They send me wrong colour divan for the first time..and for the 2nd time they forgot to bring the divan head and for the 3rd time wrong divan legs provided. Overall tooks me almost 2 months to get my odered item. Nothing offered after causing customer such problems except than sorry. Definitely will not suggest this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a wardrobe & took more than 1mth plus to deliver it. I even bought my own wardrobe handle to pass for them to install it with correct measurements as per outlet mgr advise. Upon delivery, I got more than surprises. Door knob handle is not correct measurements as per door handle. Wardrobe is defective. Called up outlet manager & they just brush u off & says not defective & all the chipped corners is part of assembly. Delivery guy was also difficult too. If purchase 1 item close to RM1k, they force customer to accept all defective portion as normal.
I prefer to return the whole defective wardrobe to them & get my refund & buy elsewhere. Totally a ripped off & unethical way of cheating customers!.
