Wagyu brisket with mac n cheese is a must try.
Customer greetings and service are good. Thumbs up ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended by my foodie friend. We were so hungry and the aroma of the food was to die for that I forgot to take pictures ?! I love the BBQ beef, pulled lamb and chicken chop. Both beef and lamb were well done but not hard and chewy. From the incredibly tender and smoky taste, you just know that a lot of effort was put in the preparation of the BBQ dishes. The chef also prepared a rustic style homemade mashed potatoes with skin too - Not bad ?! We were so full that we had no room for dessert so we tapau 2 slices of rich chocolate cake (this 1 I have a photo ?). Now, for those who prefer to dine inside, I do suggest that you make reservations. Take note that Karnivormalaya opens from 5pm and closes at 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've not been there for quite some time as the service experience was quite bad... always out of stock of some items in the menu... trying to give them another chance today and ordered online via website and chose a pick up time.. which is like 45 minutes from the order time... upon reaching the restaurant at the exact pick up time, the staff on duty (only seen 1 person in the restaurant) coolly said : the staff has gone out, please come back later... with no feeling of guilt.... what's the point of stating the pick up time when you do not put effort to honour it.. I can understand if there's a long queue but there's none at all... I wish the owner read this and take it as a constructive comment... you serve good food but you need to buck up on the service.. I really want to support the Bumis in F&B but please do yourself and all of us a favour and look at improving the customer servicing portion... Best regards..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say this place is average. Beef was under seasoned and dry. There was not much of a difference between smoked and non-smoked. Quite disappointed overall compared against the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to similar restaurant but paying way more bucks for similar menu. The 600g Australian Prime Brisket can serve up to 4 person with salads included and 3 other sides to choose. If you're in Shah Alam, it's worth to visit and try their simple but great menu.
