★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aisy had Chicken Mushroom Rice. Which is grilled chicken chop with mushroom sauce and rice. This is nice.
Adeena had Spaghetti Carbonara. It's a bit watery. Not creamy.
They both liked the ice chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They not even deserve 1 star.. i have to wait for an hour for ipoh hor fun n some lousy (overcooked) kid burger.
4 peoples come after us already get the food before us.. ask for manager, no one come to explain to me.. Need to shout for one before one of the manager come out..
The reason is miss comm even though i already stand in front of the counter for more than 15 minutes (my wife ask the counter 30 minutes before).
Lousy services with lousy quality food..
Secret recipe quality is coming to worse than i ever know..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the vegetarian fried rice with satay via Grab. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong order. Called up and spoke to the outlet manager. She apologized and sorted the matter. She even delivered the correct order to my doorstep moments ago. This kind of attitude and damage control is priceless. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came during Ramadhan. Barely any customers. I ordered bihun tomyam. I was not impressed. The service was good. The male waiter was very friendly toward me & my partner. He even suggested us new cake they just got. He was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and poor service by staff. I've been waiting over half an hour for 3 slice cakes. My queue was cut, I had to remind the staff about my cakes, but no apology received. Can you guys improve the queue for take away customer! What your manager is doing, too busy is it. Read the reviews of others and improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST STAFF EVER IN F&B HISTORY is in secret recipe bukit jelutong , 2nd i was here , same old bad experience from all the staff , i really think secret recipe must do a background check on the service in this place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is going on with this place? Staff do not seem serious about customer service. I can hear shouting from the kitchen, staff taking rest in front of customer, box preparation made on dining table rather than proper worktop, trainee not neatly dressed.
The only redemption of this place was, the Mee Kari was superb as always from Secret Recipe.
Please improve in future. I hope to give higher star in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food tastes okay, but the service is poor. It takes 25-30 minutes for 1 food to serve. Also I think they are quite under staff. Only 1 staff serving dine-in food, only 1 staff assisting for take-away order. It'd take me 10 minutes waiting on the counter before a staff asked what I would have for a take-away.
Moreover, many dishes were not available when it was a lunch time, so the choices were very limited.
