โ โ โ โ โ Bridal without toilet. After trading sessions wanted to do pedicure. I wanted to use toilet but the Lady ask me to go IBis hotel. No toilet service in beauty house!! I left without doing my pedicure!!

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing like anything, went there for waxing of arms, a malay lady did the job, she is not skilled at all, did it so harshly that I had red patches at three points... after telling her about it she tried to be softer on the other arm but afterwards even my left arm had red patches by the afternoon
Would not recommend anyone

โ โ โ โ โ Deserve zero stars really. Very bad experience there & rude Indian aunty. Went there for eyebrow threading and asked her to make it thin for me. She said it should be thicker. I insisted i wanted thin and she showed me a bad attitude. Many people here saying rude service. It's true. Never stepped that shop ever since. Very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Overpriced. Owner is very stuck up. Shoes removal upon entering shop which is common, but she doesnt allow people to put shoes in the shop and have to leave it out on the sidewalk. The worker is not so bad and actually does good work but RM20 for threading with bad customer service? NOT WORTH IT. Plenty of other threading places in town.

Was quite surprising y others r reviewing totally opposite on what i experience. Seriously she is a super nice n sweet person i have ever met. The way she welcome me n her set up was very clean and welcoming. She was able to offer more insight on skin care and suggested a routine for me. Till i fixed my mind going only allowing she is the only person can touch my face and I contact her for all my facial care questions and concerns..
