★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sending my Mikki for a lion cut + flea and tick treatment. Katana is definitely one of the best groomers that I have been to. The place is clean, organised and very welcoming. I have been there for few times and all staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We can see a smile on Mikki face everytime we pick him up. I would like to recommend to all cat parents out there to come here and have a great and enjoyable experience with Katana KL. Worth your money !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was affordable for grooming and the staff was good when I sent my cat. (Can truly see that she is cat lover)
They bathed my cat well, still can smell it after a few days but they cut my cat’s nails tooo short and they were all bleeding when I picked up my cat after the session.
Sorry but not gonna send my cat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a busy mother cat I was super glad Katana provided cat taxi so I didn’t have to send them to the hotel. Send my cats for few days and Katana updated me from time to time. And I was actually so jealous and amazed they could handle my Puteh so well (he doesn’t like to be touched but he was suddenly sooo manja with their staff!! ?)
Will definitelyyyyy send my cat to Katana whenever I needed to! And Puteh definitely in need of whitening treatment very soon ??
