Very bad customer service in terms of returning defect product or getting a replacement. No one calls you back or follows up and you have to keep calling >5 times to finally get a response. Very insecure for the customer since I dropped the newly bought product to their Subang office, with receipt and all with them. Receptionist takes down your number and message but nothing happens over weeks. Please, please improve your customer service.

This will be the first and last time for my mom. Her purchased item had some major issues. First off, for a non stick pan, one of the main things you should be able to do is fry an egg, simple right? Apparently not for this pan. In their facebook page, they even had a video dedicated to this pan. Showing they could fry an egg without it sticking. When we tried it, taking the egg out was like rougher and tougher than to saw a block of wood. The video too showed that cleaning it was easy, when in fact they told us to boil water with the pan and to wait awhile for the stains to come out and not even completely. What a joke. The honeycomb design makes this pan unusable for doing simple things like frying an egg or making a pancake. It also makes everything stick to it. We reported this issue and they said they would investigate this issue. After almost an entire MONTH, they returned it back to us and that was the time they told us to boil water to clean the pan. My mom did not ask for a refund but for a switch to another product that is worth as much. She also offered to pay if that product costs more than this pan. They couldnt care less about it. I do not understand what is the point of a non stick pan when I cant make stuff that requires the non stick capability. They also said that you should cook under low heat, which wastes so much time and so does the cleaning process. It is the complete polar opposite of user friendly. I definitely would not recommend you to waste your time and money like us.

Bad customer service. Have to call more than 5 times over the course of 2 months to finally be able to refund defective la gourmet product. Won't be buying any products distributed by them anymore. Would've given negative star if this option is available.

Avoid buying their electrical appliances even it's so cheap. Outside look okay but inside so many problems already. Even they said only use for TV shows, but the problem is they are selling manufacturing defective items. Items should be scrapped not sold at cheaper price. Some functions can't be used. Waste of money. How I know? I unscrew and opened up the items and saw the defects with our own eyes how defective the items were. The repair service of the factory defect price is equivalent to new item. Not worth every penny. Should have bought proper new item elsewhere. Hope this can save your money in their next warehouse sale! Image is not the item I bought. But, from their catalog.

I love the Nitrigan - Cast iron wok that I bought. The chicken nugget is crispy from outside and juicy from inside. I can do my deep frying onion, garlic, dry shrimp hustle free. Love it!

I wanted to give 0 star. Very bad customer services. I've bought a 4L pressure cooker through the website, transaction and delivery was fine. But when I opened the box and found out that the lid doesn't have the 'lock & unlock' arrow on the lid. So I contacted the customer service, after all the discussion they arranged pick-up and resend the lid. I've mentioned that they have to send the new lid to another adress as I will be away for the whole week and they reconfirmed and confirmed the delivery address again and again. And...guess what ..they arrange the delivery to my address instead ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. So the courier person called me up and I told him to return delivery on Monday which is today. Today(18/04), I received the cover..woohoo finally...!!! Then once I opened up all the bubble wrap...OMG..OMG...They send a 5L lid..HELLO..My pressure cooker is 4L... How can you make such SILLY MISTAKE. Now I need to repack and wait for the cover AGAIN. PLEASE .. who every are reading this, please reconsider if you want to purchase their products!!!! I'm really really DISAPPOINTED DISAPPOINTED

I purchased LaGourmet bread maker Aug last year from their official website and recently faced an issue with the mixer and barrel discoloration. My dough turned grey totally and I was directed to this company as the customer service. Sadly enough, instead of replacing the problematic parts for me due to manufacturing defects, I was requested to purchase the parts - to which I was quoted half the original price of an LaGourmet bread maker!! How is this fair for me when you confimed that the discoloration is due to the friction created which is totally a manufacfuring issue! Can't believe this is the level of a customer service for a brand like LaGourmet! Utterly dissappointed!! You seem to care more to make sales by selling spare parts instead of realizing the health hazard it made for me and my family!!
