★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery I ever faced. not professional. there is only one girl in customer service and she doesn't know anything. she was laughing while I was talking to her and talking to her colleges. that's a bit rude. The delivery guys refused to deliver the item to me while I was inside my unit. I opened my house door to collect item, but the delivery is asking for IC number. After refusing to provide my private information to him, he take the order with him. 2 days later, the delivery guys come, but instead of delivering to my door steps like last time, they want to drop off my parcel at thr guard house instead, but the security says thre cannot drop off parcels there, so they gi away. then the say, I need to wait 2 more days because they don't have man power. such terrible service.

Everyday give me the same answer, will delivery soon, delivery tmr, will check the item at where. 27/12/21 ready for delivery how come until now not reach yet? When you all gonna delivery out? Is Subang come to puchong very far away? need use helicopter to send it? Please la, send my parcel immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second experience I'm a receiver both are the same my parcel in the hub 2weeks still no one send to me!! I everyday call hotline to inform them my parcel is urgent, they told me not enough man to send?? I think this is the worst courier service ever !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel handed over on Friday in Sg Petani. Reached their hub in SJ on Saturday. Today is Thursday evening 6 p.m. Had to go pick it up today at their hub 4 k.m. away from home also in USJ. They took another 30 mins to locate the package. Customer service said earlier today they will ask despatch to deliver today if possible. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel arrived at their hub USJ since 29th April 2022. Till today not yet delivered. I understand 1st week of May was raya holidays. But this has been very2 long wait since then. Not sure when going to receive them. Each time call customer service, they don't have a remark of what we spoke earlier. So frustrating. Really worst service ever.

Bad & poor service courier! Parcel have been pick up on 31/5 until now also not yet deliver. Call CS they said at USJ, call again another CS say at Ipoh. Call Ipoh branch they said never received the parcel, call USJ branch the PIC keep unread my message!!!!! Until today 16/6 half month already no one update my status!!!!!

Parcel arrived at your hub on Friday and I called on Saturday morning, CS replied said delivered on Saturday before 6pm, i waited whole day and standby with my handphone, no one call and no one deliver the parcel to me. Today is Monday, i called again, CS said today not out for delivery, maybe going to deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday and she even answered dont know the exact date for delivery, What a bad service! Truly disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on 7/10 (as the attached photo). Only received it today (18/10). No explanation on the delay was given, let alone informing me the situation during the wait. Totally unacceptable. Please avoid using their service at all cost. Called their customer service, was agressive when talking to me over the phone.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star, to be honest.
