โ โ โ โ โ Is there no one in charge for customer service call? Why do you put phone number when no one will gonna answer it! The delivery is soooooo lembab. My parcel status always out for delivery for 2 days but i end up don't receive my parcel. Then the status will updated at night that they unable to attempt the delivery today. I might get high blood pressure by using this service especially from this branch!

โ โ โ โ โ my item stucked there for a few days! the seller post out on 3rd November and until now i haven't received my item! the status not updated and nothing!!! I'm not sure what is the staff doing there! and keep our items for so long!!!! they don't know how to prioritise their work and sort the urgency! people won't use poslaju if the item is not urgent! seriously tired of the slow and steady attitude of poslaju staff! I think sooner or later, most of us will move to J&T or DHL and no more business for POS Lembab!

โ โ โ โ โ My item has no movement or updates for almost 5 days. How much longer shall i wait? I would rather go pick it up myself if i could. BAD SERVICE from POS LAJU no matter which STATE. Bad Service overall from pos laju in malaysia.

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel stuck here for many days. It should change name to pos lembab. Worst service ever. Use other courier service everyone! Last time they didnt call me but said i didnt pickup my phone. The worst branch ever existed in the world!
