โ โ โ โ โ What a poor service, I have send the parcel and when it arrives to this center, the center not gonna to deliver it for a week, I have try to call to center but no one gonna pick it up, too bad and too shame Malaysia have such poor Poslaju center

THEN FOR WHAT YOU GUYS PUT YOUR NUMBER AND CS ASKED TO CALL? FIRST OF ALL YOU GUYS SENT MY PARCEL TO SOMEONE ELSE? AND ITS STATED DELIVERED TO YOUR POSLAJU ADDRESS. CAN'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE, CAN'T EVEN SEND TO THE RIGHT HOME THEN WHAT FOR YOU GUYS EVEN WORKING THERE? USELESS! ? Buat malu for the whole poslaju!

โ โ โ โ โ Moved to a new location, once at the entrance just follow the signage of 'Customer Service'. It's actually the old Takasima factory. Arrived at 5.45pm where they closed at 5.30pm but the desk counter there still willing to help me pickup my item. Thanks.
