Those needing to visits this place need to adhere to the dress code/properly decent dress. no bikinis for sure?..the local food at the canteen are superb & cheap/not expensive. At Block D9 lobby you can get nicely brewed coffee/latte at reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically this is an office building. Outside visitors have to park outside. Get your visitors pass at the main gate then only you are allowed to go into the area. You will have to get another pass at each building you need to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to apply permit from KDN for my detained goods at custom. I’m not sure why, but it’s sports items.
POS MY gave me to a number to call KDN, from there they passed me another number to refer to about my permit and licensing. Tried calling for an hour and someone finally picked up!! They told me download a form and send it to the email stated at the bottom of the form.
It has been 2 days since I’ve sent an email, I have tried calling for any updates since my items have been detained for more than a week at KLIA, the process is only get dragged on from here, but no one picks up the phone at all, I have been calling since 3.00 pm until 5.00 pm. Maybe I should try my luck tomorrow and call from 8/9 am until 5.00 pm, maybe then someone will finally take the effort to pick up.
Tldr: Just inefficient system, from this number to another. TIME CONSUMING seems like no picks up the calls.

big joke , they were shifting office . How would the public or for the matter they care. office should be opened to answer queries . an alternate arrangement should have been made for the public . wasted a day .
