Pegawai yang bertugas kurang mesra dengan pelanggan (pertuturan tidak jelas & tidak mesra semasa berkomunikasi). Saya tahu you'll mungkin TIDAK baca/bagi feedback BUT please improve for better experience in future since you guys are government servant (fingers cross). Thank you.
 Call not lifted from 07.02.2019 to 21.02.2019. Very @ too hard to reach. The officer in charge is less friendly with the customer (speech is unclear & unfriendly while communicating).
