โ โ โ โ โ Not sure due to bad day or not having customer or family problem or what, but the service was poor n the owner @ uncle was very rude n not friendly. Has potiental if they enhanced their customer service and communication. I hv came with high hope due to intention to support Malay Muslim shop but came back disappointed.

1st mistake, not reading the reviews here before going to fix my daughter's bike.
2nd mistake, going there again (today)after my first bad experience, just to enquire on the possibility of repairing my bike.
I share the same experience, the attitude during both of my trip is sadly.... Very rude towards their customer.

โ โ โ โ โ The shop is aint as bad as the reviews here, at least during my visit.
Sent my kid's bike for a fix here. The makcik was very polite and friendly. The pakcik doesnt speak much, probably an introvert.
RM35 for the fix. Will definitely revisit again.
