Not responsible
Firstly, I send my bird to let them take care for one day Before I send to them, my bird was in good condition, healthy and active.
After One day, I fetch back my bird, My bird fur was totally dirty with all the bird milk. Is okay fine.
After that, I saw one thing let me feel so extremely angry is one of the part of my bird body fur was gone, when I saw that I totally mad. They keep mention they have a lot of "good experience" and their staff is professional is not their problem, they won't responsible. They also keep mention how much they charge us per day and their business. Excuse me sir, I'm asking about my bird issues, not how was your "good" business. I'm not interested.
Now, my bird was not active anymore, not in mood, don't look like previously. I can't imagine if I let them to take care my bird for one month.
If you consider to let them take care of your bird, please think probably....
Will never go back, no next time!!
Update my bird situation :
I already give to veterinary doctor check, The doctor say my bird get seriously virus. The doctor say it's possible the virus from the bird shop
