★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6.5.2020 saya datang untuk survey harga emas..pekerja di kuanter buat x tau je.. dan staf main hp..trdapat 3orang di situ. diorg macam x nak layan saya.saya ada diskuan x harga emas.. bakal di cermin ada iklan diskuan untuk emas di kedai tersebut..jangan tengok customer pakai pakaian biasa2 x macam x berduit..
6.5.2020 I came to survey the price of gold ... workers in the quanter for x know je ... and the staff play cellphones ... there are 3 people there. diorg kind of x my service boy. I have a discount x the price of gold ... there will be advertising in the mirror for gold in the shop ... do not look at customers wearing ordinary clothes x type x money ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedai emas yg paling pelik saya jumpa..sy hendak baiki barang kemas ,jangka masa baiki dua jam, sy minta resit dari pihak kedai emas tu sb sy nk uruskn urusan lain dulu.pihak kedai emas xnk bagi... alasannya pelanggan waktu hendak ambil barang kemas x bawa resit.(alasan x masuk akal) Bukan susah kalau pelanggan x bawa resit,dia orang dh tahu apa perlu buat.....
DAN barang kemas yg pelanggan nk baiki tu bkn tiruan..barang kemas asli.
Kalau terjadi perkara yg x diingini,kemana pelanggan nk mengadu jika x ada bukti..
Bukti itu penting.ANDA FIKIR..?
Akhirnya sy batalkan utk baiki kt situ sb kedai emas kt lain berlambak lg..
Fikir2 lah yg terbaik... kongsi2 pengalaman.
The weirdest gold shop I have ever seen..it's not going to fix the jewelry, it's been two hours, i've got a receipt from the gold shop and i've done something else first. jewelry x bring receipt. (reason x makes sense) It is not hard for customer x bring receipt, he knows what to do .....
AND the jewelry that the customer is repairing is not a replica..an original jewelry.
If something goes wrong, where does the customer complain if the x has any evidence ..
Evidence is important.
Finally I canceled to fix it there as another gold shop jumped out ..
Think about the best ... share experiences.
