★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, staff are not friendly at all as they were very lazy to entertain us..Bought from them quite a lot and sent a ring to do a simple fixing told us it will be ready on that day but after waited for hours to collect we check the ring is still broken and simply said that the staff that going to do the fixing are ready to go back home and ask us to come back tomorrow..Very unacceptable!! After come back still not fix and ask to us to again waited for 1hour..The worst and not recommended at all. Price is cheap however the design are very very limited and aftersales service are very bad! Please improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited there, seem not crowded. But actually there are more than 10 person in que waiting in empty area opposite of their shop. They provided chairs for seat and standing fans too for customer conveniences. There is price information display near the entrance and the gold price is RM242 per gram. I came with two of my friends but we can't enter together because of following the sop maximum 5 people were allowed in one time. Only my friend can go in and finally we cancel to buy there. It's hard to discuss from far, hence the other customer takes too long time to survey / buy. So that, we decide to go to the other gold shop downstairs and we buy one ring and earring total RM700++
