★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quick! However, I find the owner/staff to be very rude (just like the rest of reviews for this shop) and dishonest. Passport photos (blue/white background) can be done here, but second-takes aren't really an option unless you really hate how you looked in the first picture. Honestly, forget about re-takes here, the owner doesn't really allow that after the second take. I feel like this shouldn't be the case, because the customer is paying for it. And, if the customer is unsatisfied, he/she should be given the right to retake at least twice more since we're paying RM25 for 4 Passport Size Photos.
Also - whilst taking the picture, the photographer/owner doesn't really do a lot of talking. Just a lot of hand gestures to make sure you're facing straight. Not a lot of instructions either - I feel like instructions by the photographer is necessary, and it's the photographer's job to help you look the best in the photo. My shirt was off the first take and the photographer didn't even say anything. At least she could have said "Would you like to adjust your shirt?" or 'Your shirt is a bit messy, please adjust it!'. The second time my collar was off, but same thing - she didn't say anything.
Definitely, not coming here again!

My picture was blurry and when i asked the aunty said its natural. not much instruction or whatsoever just hand gesture and cant view the photos taken. Some more RM25 my friend go different shop only RM18 for the same amount of pictures printed. Just as the other reviews have said. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible service. dont even deserve a star lol. the uncle was so rude. the pictures didnt even came out great. the uncle took the pictures so fast and wont even let us get ready??? my outfit was a bit messy since he was rushing and he didnt even tegur about it so the picture turned out horrible. not worth the price at ALL. i wanted the size to be smaller and i end up getting lecture??? I AM the customer??? i know what i want!!!!!! why’d u lecturing me?? just because im young you think im dumb is it???? i paid u rm25 for useless outcome!!! if anyone is reading this, dont come to this shop. go somewhere else. no one should be treated this bad!
