โ โ โ โ โ We come to Bukit Penara, Balik Pulau especially for our favorite Thai Style Fried Oyster Omelette.
Fried Oyster Omelette, also known as โOh Chienโ by local is one of the must-try street food in Penang. Comes with juicy, fresh oysters atop a bed of crispy yet sticky egg batter fried to perfection, this delicacy is guaranteed to please your taste buds, especially paired with the sour yet spicy chilli sauce. Of course, you can easily find in hawker centres all over Penang, but this is the best we have so far. The humble boss Lampard Tan has been selling his unique Thai style recipe from Thailand for almost 10 years. The boss is generous and always give a lot of oysters and they are very big size too. The Yam Cake (Taro Cake ่ๅคด็ณ) around the corner is good too. A picture is worth a thousand words - you can judge for yourself!
