H	Honzie Khong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular for their laksas, both Asam and lemak types. The portions are small so be prepared to have more than 1. There is always a que so go early and avoid lunch time. The Asam laksa has the right amount of tanginess and sweetness with a slight heat to remind you of the chilli presence. The fish is fresh and not fishy at all. Pour some prawn paste for a umami boost. This has the flavour balance just right. The lemak is almost the same except its sweetened with coconut santan. Just as paletable. Must have is also their fresh Nutmag juice with sour plum. Super refreshing. Down side is its really on the other side of the island. Very far for a bowl of noodle but not so for a great bowl of noodle.

T	Ty lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two types of laksa are available here - Assam laksa and Siam laksa. The price has gone up a bit. The laksa soup tasted more diluted now. There are many types of drinks but the nutmeg drink is good. The coffee shop is usually crowded both with locals and outstate tourists. There's limited parking area as it is located in the center of the busy town.

C	Chun Kheong Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good laksa in Balik Pulau. Personally I prefer this than the one at Ayer Itam. Lesser people. Service is fast both for food and drinks. Price is reasonable. Taste is also great. The combination of laksa and white nutmeg drink is definitely complementing each other’s taste and will bring out the best of each other. The challenge to come here is that it is hard to get a parking. You may pay rm1 for the guy managing the parking spot opposite Sacred Heart school.
A	Andrew Chan (www.roadtrippers.asia) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent laksa spot in Balik Pulau .. they have 3 types of laksa here .. Asam Laksa, Lemak Laksa and the Asam/Lemak half half laksa. The soup is not as sour as some might like it but taste wise is pretty balanced. The shop also have two types of nutmeg juice, one boiled (red) and one blended (white) and I personally prefer the red one. Parking is quite convenient and service is pretty good too.
