The night market was not very interesting. All the basic things like cheap food and clothing. Everything you’d expect to be at a local market. Don’t worry if you miss it. I would only recommend it if you’d like support the local people.

Clean and good place for some cheap and good food

Wide variety in food ie. snacks, drinks, pre-made portions, all dirt cheap. Also some sales of clothes. Lots of locals, bring small change with you as prices are low and chances are you want to try all sorts of foods. No tables or chairs provided as locals seemed to take food with them.

This place was fun to explore, but soooooo dirty! I wouldn't recommend eating anything there. There were bugs in all the foods we purchased. Even in my cup of sweet corn there was a dead spider ?. Just walk around and enjoy the new experience, but don't eat anything! Take a cab or a Grab Car (the taxi app) to a café or restaurant by the beach (I suggest the Yellow Beach Café) and enjoy some clean, quality food.

Very intense night market experience. Highlight was the wide range of inexpensive food that was available. The heat from the cooking was unforgettable. Bring your own eating implements and napkins as it is a pretty basic affair. Great photo opportunities.

Great extremely affordable street food! Nice people. 99,9% locals and just a few tourists. Nothing much to do here apart from food. No seating. Still a very nice experience if you are hungry :)

I arrived at about 9 o'clock in the night. The market was plain and I was hungry, but there was not much to eat. I had a lot of fruit, I bought mango juice, but it was mango washed in water.

Quite a small market, with mostly food being sold and a few clothes stalls. There's a good variety of food stalls, and not a bad choice for vegetarians either. We had loads of different dishes - tofu, chickpeas, corn on the cob, noodles and a few nice filled pancake desserts. All really cheap too. We spent about 30 minutes here walking round and eating and it was easy to get a Grab back to town.
