★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for seafood! Talk to the boss to preorder exotic seafood off the menu! The seafood that is served can be directly imported by the boss. Fresh and live seafood can be pre-ordered, such as french crab, geoduck, hairy crab, bamboo clam, oysters, fresh water fish, live abalone, lobster, etc....
The place offers private dining room for big groups on a reservation basis. Bring your own wine for a complete experience dining here. Open everyday, except Monday? On most occasion, the boss himself does the cooking with passion, so rest assured the quality does not deviate.
The boss is a trained chef, very critical about his own cooking as well. He never stops innovating, creating new dishes.
His menu is astounding! Don't be limited by what you see. Ask, ask!
Going to his restaurant is an annual trip for me all the way from Singapore, with groups of like minded friends who loves food and adventure.
Oh yes, restaurant prices is priced so competitively.
