Don't underestimate this unassuming neighborhood coffee shop. Was pretty busy when we got there at 7pm. Has roadside and indoor seating. Right at the back of the shop sits a humble grill fish stall. The friendly owner is happy to recommend the catch of the day and at very reasonable prices. We ordered the 'mok pei yue' (剝皮魚) which was very fresh & slathered with a layer of sambal sauce and ladyfingers, four angle beans and long beans. This meaty fish has large bones & its easy to eat as the flesh just peels off the bones. The charkueyteow (RM5.50) stall in front of grill fish, is also very popular. Loved the wok hei and generous portions. Nearer the front is a noodle stall whipping up bowls of prawn mee. They also have a tangy asam laksa (RM5.00) but only available on Thurs-Sun. Flavour of the soup is elevated with more shrimp paste sauce. Went back the next evening for CKT and tried the prawn mee, the soup is amazing and alot of ingredients including 1/2 an egg (RM6).

Food not bad. Tried the fruit rojak, stir fry radish cake, char kuey teow, HK chee cheong fun, popiah, nasi lemak, prawn noodle and fried chicken. Iced coffee is nice too

The best char keow teow in town. The "wok heat" was maintained the last I visited the foodcourt. Another worth mentioning is the claypot chicken rice others claypot dishes don't bother.

It is a hawker food center recommended by local people. We tried most of the food there, price is reasonable. Should try grilled fish but need to wait 30 min. Parking is quite limited.

Awarded Penangite's silver stamp of approval. Penang char koay teow sold here is legit with wok hei and lots of si ham. Ikan bakar was sadly closed but the bak kut teh and Lok Lok were decent

Come here to try the famous grilled fish but the stall didn't open so end up trying d char kuey teow, spicy sour sotong & curry noodles. The sotong stall lady boss is so friendly! She even come to our table and ask if the food is okay. And when my husband said he prefer more peanuts, we thought she will ignore or charge us extra for add ons but end up she top up for us for free! D food is very nice too! Will definitely come back in future!

Superb local food at affordable price. Grilled fish, char kuey teow, bak kut teh, prawn mee... And many more. Good place to fix multiple cravings. Keeping one star for cleanliness of the shop.
