โ โ โ โ โ 1) The website still shows the old no 88891500, but when the no is called it directs caller to call 8000 8000.It would be good if they can follow the Education Ministry's website which lists their number as 8000 8000!
2)Yr website shows address of Putrajaya but the map site shows the previous address, Jalan Semantan

โ โ โ โ โ When I Was here the first time, I was being told that counter is closed due everybody is rushing home for Raya while there is still half an hour to go off. Second time here, same issue, half an hour to go for lunch but counter already closed. Counter staff shout out loud "Alaaa ada number masuk lagi, macam mane ni" Seems like they get paid for lunch and holiday but not work for public.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean, well managed dept. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. SOPs under current MCO strictly followed.
Ample free open air parking.
This is a very important department, particularly for owners of non-landed properties, to seek recourse in the event of disputes.
As this is a government dept, be aware of the dress code or you might be refused entry.

โ โ โ โ โ lousy servises. we didnt receive any notify letter .blame the postman didnt delivery the hearing letter .as they could call and email us to notify the court hearing date.thus the file can closed case like that
and need to print and file again the new files. and drag us the 6 months..and pay again
