Panggilan tidak berjawab. Saya telah menunggu selama sekurang-kurangnya 6 minit melalui 03-8000 8000. Penggilan ke Jabatan Kebajikan Selangor (03-5510 1400) juga tidak berjawab walaupun panggilan dibuat berkali-kali. Sebagai penjawat awam yang sepatutnya berada di pejabat, perkara seperti ini tidak boleh berlaku. Amanah yang diberi (beserta gaji bulanan) dan tanggungjawab perlu ada justifikasi integriti. Mohon perkara ini diambil maklum.
Missed call. I waited for at least 6 minutes via 03-8000 8000. The call to the Selangor Welfare Department (03-5510 1400) was also unresponsive despite repeated calls. As a civil servant who was supposed to be in the office, things like this could never happen. The trust given (along with the monthly salary) and the responsibility must be justification of integrity. Please note this.

apa bantuan susah nak dapat, kena viral kena campurtangan org besar baru nk bergerak, waktu mohon2 mcm2 dokumen nak, pastu duk main bagi harapan palsu, buat penat rakyat nk kena datang turun naik, pegawai asyik takde kt opis, patut org MYGCC cakap mmg JKM perangai mcm ni, suka buat aniaya org, isu kalau dah viral, baru terjentik biji nak ambik tindakan
What kind of help is difficult to get, it's viral, it's got the intervention of new big people to move, when I ask for mcm2 documents, I have to play for false hopes, make the people tired, I have to come and go, the officers are busy, I don't have to write, MYGCC staff should talk to JKM This kind of behavior, likes to persecute people, the issue if it's already viral, just beats the seeds to take action

Selalu dengar je keluhan orang ramai yang berurusan dengan JKM ni, call tak de orang jawab, datang ke kaunter pegawai tak de, akhirnya bila diri sendiri yang terpaksa memohon bantuan JKM, baru rasai sendiri pengalaman. Bapa beriya memohon bantuan orang tua/bantuan warga emas kerana ada sahabat beliau duduk tinggal bersama anak di rumah kuarters rumah semi D pun dapat bantuan walau anak pegawai tinggi kerajaan Penat ke sana sini sediakan dokumen, tapi bantuan entah ke mana tiada jawapan, pada awal lagi rasa berat nak memohon sebab saya sendiri bertugas di pusat panggilan kerajaan, tahu sendiri bagaimana layanan JKM kepada peminta-peminta bantuan berdasarkan panggilan-panggilan kepada pihak JKM tidak kira cawangan atau HQ, dan sekarang saya dapat pengalaman sendiri. Call tidak berjawab, bila awal awal pagi hadir ke pejabat, pegawai bertanggungjawab enggan jumpa, hanya suruh tinggalkan dokumen sahaja, maklum akan hubungi semula, tapi sampai sudah tiada panggilan, bantuan yang dimohon sampai sudah tiada khabar berita. Selamat ini hanya dengar keluhan orang ramai sahaja, sekarang sudah ada pengalaman sendiri, selagi tidak merempat sampai isu jadi tular, selagi itulah semua bukan masalah mereka kerana terlalu 'sibuk'.
Always listen to the complaints of the people who deal with JKM, call tak de person answer, come to the counter of the officer tak de, finally when oneself who had to apply for JKM assistance, just feel the experience for yourself. Beriya's father asked for help from the parents/senior citizens because some of his friends lived with their children in the quarters of a semi -detached house. Even the children of high government officials could get help. Tired here and there preparing documents, but help somewhere there is no answer, at the beginning it was difficult to apply because I myself work at the government call center, I know how JKM treats aid seekers based on calls to the JKM no matter branch or HQ, and now I get my own experience. Call was not answered, when he came to the office early in the morning, the officer in charge refused to meet, just told him to leave the documents, he would call back, but until there was no call, help was requested until there was no news. It's safe to only listen to people's complaints, now I have my own experience, as long as it doesn't settle until the issue becomes contagious, as long as that's not all their problem because it's too 'busy'.

At the moment of covid 19, it is better to make calls for info rather than going to the office but no calls were answered , no proper info by JKM on their status, they take the opportunity on this pandemic as an excuse and not to work, this left a lot of poor people stranded, no wonder the poor people life never changes
