Family & baby friendly.

There is a sincere staff initiative offerred us buy 1 free 1 dishes promo with vouchers and saved up to RM20. Thanks for the kind act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Kenny Rogers @Aeon Bukit Mertajam on 14 Feb 2022 around 1pm and the server/host at the front, a guy told that dining was not allowed for the time being and can only order for take away but noticed that the table has plates and cutleries being set up and also there is 1 person seated at one of the table and was eating. So I walked away and went to another place for lunch. After lunching, I walked past Kenny Rogers again and to my surprise, there were customers inside and few tables were occupied. Was wondering if he chose customers for dining in. In fact I was dress in proper decent attire with covered shoes. This is so outrageous and unbelievable that KR practice such discrimination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not suggested to come on weekends or any public holidays due to lack of sevice and late serving. With the new SOP of ordering at the entrance before entering, it will keep you standing while waiting the customer before you to choose their meals which could take a long time! They should let customers be seated first and choose to order at their seat. It will look tidier that way.
