After-sales service is severely poor, and buying an instrument has been delayed. It didn't come until 2021, and the most embarrassing thing was that when the instrument was installed, it was found that there were few parts and it was towed again.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a very bad experience at FC Aeon Bukit Mertajam recently. Bought a SOLE F80 treadmill. The browser shown with free gift of workout mat, but staff said the whole Malaysia outlet running out of stock so they replaced with plank mat (only quarter of the size of a workout may). I asked when the stock will come then just give me in later time or replace a similar workout mat with equivalent or cheaper price. But, staff insist no stock then I walked again without purchase, immediately he called and asked to return, then the original free gift of workout mat suddenly appeared. Staff is cheating until they going to loss the business only take out the free gift... ?
Bought on 24/3, product delivered on 1/4, stated to have noise of metal scratching inside the treadmill intermittently on 3/4. Called up the sales and he said have to burn 1 time of my free service, the unit received with problem and they want to burn 1 time of free service. This is the worst experience I ever faced. Come on! this is not a few ringgit or hundreds stuff, this caused thousands and received with problem. What the heck! After rounds of argue only they agreed that this is their problem. But, until today no one turns up to attend my problem, still everytime using the treadmill intermittent metal screeching noise inside the treadmill appeared. When follow up with the service team and chase them to come to take a look, they give all kind of excuses and said they are only distributor of SOLE treadmill, this sounds very irresponsible and non professional. I hope fitness concept can really look into my problem ASAP. Case number CSV 11743.
