β β β β β Staff need to train to greet when customer walk in. Need to improve in english communication. Tables are oily sticky and seat are with softdrink stain. Chicken gravy and muffin served are cold instead of hot or warm. Overall impression is bad.

β β β β β Not full house but the foods served slow and almost finish the meal the mushroom soup still haven't served until we remind again... I ordered the roasted chicken with black pepper sauce but given mushroom sauce..... Salted Egg Chicken without salted egg taste, amazing!
The chicken is very soft and the taste is OK for both. Staffs are friendly.

β β β β β Staff are ok but the beverage is not. Found something inside my drinks,some sort of like insects and showed it to one of the staff. She apologized and changed the drinks. Unfortunately,the new one have the smell of cockroaches (the glass). Again,i complained and the staff apologized. Please improve on the hygiene matters.

β β β β β If you're planning to come here,change your plans now! I started reading their reviews once I've ordered my food and I am truly disappointed with their service.Called them to reserve a place (a group of 12 people) for dinner,when I went there,they did not have anything reserved.Thank god they had an empty space.The service here is the worst,imagine all of your friends getting their food and then you gotta wait another 30 minutes for just one plate.We placed the order together ya.The waitress had the guts to say,my receipt shows only 11 plates while I had ordered 12.Who's mistake is that? They got the sides all mixed up, along with that most of their item is out of stock.The only option for hot drink is green tea and chocolate milk?

β β β β β Warning: If you have entered this premise, leave now. 11am, no customers but the service was slow. The soup tasted like plastic, stale smelling crouton. Meatball with the gravy wasnβt nice either. The rice was good though. For these prices, please spend your money somewhere else. Not worth a dime. Sorry no star but double D: disgusting & disappointing.
