β β β β β Yesterday try this Texas, order the burger, keep waiting for 15 minutes, after ask the staff then only know that staff not yet ready the burger, but the supervisor only ask the staff do.... This is the service that i receive, suppose supervisor must apologize and give some fun fries for us to keep waiting for so long. Many people after our order already get their food and enjoy it. Not receive better service....

β β β β β Loved their burgers! They are big compared to McDonald's. And the Mexicana Burger ia really delicious. And you can refill your drinks as many times you want. The sauce in the burger really makes the difference. Place is nice. Although compared to the people that come there, it feels a bit cramped. The people at the counter are very nice. So another plus. You should definitely visit this place if you come top Setapak Central.

β β β β β It's fast food and it's terrible as expected. Nothing healthy or even remotely good with these things. Drenched in oil and always the same soggy fries. That said when compared with other fast food joints Texas Chicken isn't ahead or behind so pretty much on par with McDonald's, KFC or Burger King. Anyone trying to debate which one is better in terms of taste among the fast food chains of this tier are just deluded, there is nothing different about them. They are all the same bland unhealthy mix.

One cashier doing the 3 works at the same time???
Wth man
The cashier must be only cashier and take order not do 3 works at the same.
Pls learn how to be more efficient with customers.

β β β β β Service is fine but still have a room to improve. Long queue during dinner hour, about 13 to 17 in a lane, and there is only one counter is open for service. One staff take order and one staff prepare the food.
No one clean the table, customer have to clean the table by themselves if keen to dine in. Floor is dirty and messy.
