★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing you have to remember is that the keria here is layered with madu (honey) and not gula melaka. The taste is milder and not too sweet as sugar. The keria is soft on the inside perhaps from it being too big. I think if the keria is smaller it would be better cooked inside and outside.
I would go for the gula melaka keria unless this one improves the taste and made the size mixh smaller.
