★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is quiet by the hillside. Though it seems like a bit packed from the number of cars parked around, it's actually quite peaceful and serene. Next to dense trees, birds chirp freely and provides a natural feel here. Block C seems too close to the edge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall cam be given 5 star, no living area are perfect, so do ketumbar height, just that when visitor was parking over 12am of a day, have to be charge Rm 5 for visitor vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facility with clear environment swimming pool n 24hrs car park severity / nearby have mounting to enjoy hiking as well / mini market n mamak restaurant 24hrrs n also gas station are nearby as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. But building is already old and most of the out side building crack . When heavy rain , the water will go in the room . In side the bath room many have liking problem. But still can't do anything. water pressure become low and some are need to add water pump. Maintenance service is not so good only get 10 in 4 point . Swimming pool, from 2 only 1 can be use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro :Good air quality ,Breeze and fresh air like living in Cameron highland . Nice view.. Genting and KL. Cool and quite and no need to switch on aircond night .
Very quite and calm... Nice to stay. Easy access to clinic ,hospital ,Tesco and Eco Cheras /Lesure mall. Many exit and highway .70% resident are Chinese family ..are very nice neighbour ,a lot of malay family as well .
Roof parking and good security . Nice pool anyway..
Conds : I just find out during considering to buy ..ermmmmm.Building quite old but still good condition and a few unit has leakage problem especially main toilet .but some unit are okay...i stay here since 2018 .. based on my experinces all condo has this issue ?. You need to carefully check the unit before purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant to stay, but the guard seem like not really control the gate, as ppl can just enter as they like. Moreover, it's meaningless to Rent parking or pay extra for entry card as guard will just open the gate / let the resident (not sure how the guards identify who is resident who is not) enter, and park where they want, as long as there is no complaint. I myself Rent a parking slot not really sure for why as we can just enter and park. Meaningless for renting parking.
