โ โ โ โ โ It's a good building with an absolutely awful management. All facilities of the building is closed including the management office as well. They made it really easy for themselves, close down everything and call it management! you can't even find a management officer face to face to discuss your issues. Security guards are very strict and they enjoy picking on you for every small things that you do. "Why you sit there?" "why you walk there?" I really really do not recommend this building because of its management. Wait until the management is changed. Then move here!

โ โ โ โ โ Too many cars parked on the roadside so we parked at visitors parking lot at level 2.
Visitors need to pay for their visit.

โ โ โ โ โ After months of lockdown, the swimming pool reopened. But you need to call the management to book first. So you can't use the pool on a Friday evening if you haven't booked. It doesn't matter if no one is in the pool. You still had to book. I wonder why the four security guards in the facility area can't monitor and control the pool? Are they just hired for the sake of sitting on the chairs and enjoying the scenery? I've lived here for more than a year and this is one of many mismangements I've seen. Very frustrating

โ โ โ โ โ Lake near by dirty and smelly. At the lake side shouldn't build Temple because smoke pollution for joggers. Bad imej view for visitors or foreigners.

โ โ โ โ โ People are living here don't need to sleep on the mid night, it's very noisy on the mid night! need to call the police to come,management also has a lot of problems, complaints can't solve the problem

โ โ โ โ โ We got really lucky with our apartment. We have a view of the KLL towers. The infinity pool also has a view of the towers and downtown. It's not too far from the highway. So you can get around town pretty quick. Good clean amenities. A great place to live, if you're a non-smoker.
