Very slow service, only one counter open. Lack of staff and they are not that friendly. Do come here if you hv no other option, else better spend your time going to KFC somewhere else.

This is my 1st bad review online. Aiyo KFC, please lah train your staff. After a long que today and finally its my turn to make an order. I stood in front of the counter almost 10 minutes without a staff greet me.. I know they are busy packing for take away order... But hello, I am there standing like a fool. At least greet me, just mention you have a large volume of order and there might be a delay in my order, I 'll understand. I just walk away and buy KFC at another branch

โ โ โ โ โ If u buy family bucket they fill up all small pieces damn small wings. When ask for bigger piece not willing to give. Abit rude staff. Not recommended place. This is one of the KFC brach doesn't care customer concern.

โ โ โ โ โ qsr holding pls do something to improve service quality in this outlet, almost everyday this outlet will runout of chickens and the staff choose to close the kitchen earlier then usual operating hours, this outlet clearly shortage of staff, do something abt this dont let your staff to burnout, the waiting time is unacceptable and the tables always with food left overs, in long run you will definitely lost your customers because i myself will make sure that i will never come to this outlet next time.
dont think just because you are well established brand so you can take things for granted, customer are paying for their food and its not soup kitchen.

โ โ โ โ โ 1st time here, very less staff, all working so slow motion ... got delivery, got take away, got dine-in, etc ... so much ordersss but only 2, 3 staffs here, better shut it down this branch if KFC is not afford to hire n train floor staff, totally worst experience here, should check it out how McDonald's doing their business.

โ โ โ โ โ Today is Sunday, have a super long queue due to only 1 cashier operating out of 2. Service is very slow hence causing a jam due to queue reaches entrance. This is the mistake of duty manager not planning staff rotation properly or even the outlet itself is short staffed. Need to improve with talents that know how to manage an F&B outlet
