Been waiting for 40 minute for my pizza, I was the only customer there.
But instead they prepared for grab and food panda 1st. WTH

β β β β β Terrible service! Pizza toppings extremely little,garlic bread old one's which they reheated, mushroom soup watery,no chili sauce in outlet & to top it all off staffs there were not bothered on customer's dissatisfaction. PIZZA HUT AEON STATION 18 YOU HAVE TO LOOK INTO THESE MATTERS

β β β β β When I go pizzahut station 18, it uses qr code to order right? At first time, it shown my order cannot send to kitchen, and I see the staff is busy, so I reorder, and it shown successfully. But suddenly the staff tell us I double order and cannot cancel. I think it is so unacceptable and unreasonable. I always support pizzahut and how pizzahut treat me? The staff force me to take it all. But it is not my fault, it is the system problem. Why I must take all the responsible. I hope pizzahut can solve the problem. if not, I will try all the ways to complain about it. This uncomfortable and terrible experience gave me a huge trauma to having pizza.
Second, I ask them to pack the mistaken ordered item after they force me to take both. I found the personal pizza is missing also. I feel be tricked. I paid for both even it is not my fault and still got missing on the item. I feel angry for what pizzahut station 18 did. I hope pizzahut can give me a reasonable explanation.
But 5 days already, the pizzahut still not give me the acceptable reason,what kind of this service?
