★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken pieces need to be bigger when customers purchases a 5 pcs combo.
Cashier, don't do like you are king, the customers didn't says they want chicken legs and you give all 5 pcs all chicken legs and reject the request from customers for changing chicken legs to chicken breast eventhough there are many stocks there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuffs are not that professional in serving and sometimes they seem to be busy organizing the things inside rather than looking for waiting customers. But overall they do work hard. The interior design is great. Great place to hangout for Taman U residence and UTM students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go to eat and also take a look around, this KFC is your choice. KFC at Petronas is better if you only want to eat, in terms of simplicity. Like park and walk.
And they just renovated their... Interior? New tables and everything... Better than before. More... Beautiful.
