★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible doctor whose old enough yet not able to gauge a patients sickness. Just there for the money. Money brightens the face of the doctor. Doctors should have some ethics I dont think so they are educated enough to know about ethics. Yet so called doctor are the smartest. Not great enough to cure a sickness (covid) doctors are not god mere human who make mistakes and are cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting treatment and medicines from here for past 15 years. Dr Chu also personally know me.
On 19th September 2021, at around 5pm, I went here because I accidentally inhaled anti-chlorine which is meant for swimming pool. I had slight difficulty in breathing and a lot of coughs. One of the nurse went in to inform the doctor, and she came back to me and said please refer to somewhere else or hospital as instructed by doctor it seems. I went to Klinik Theesan next door, they attended me immediately, with nebuliser and oxygen support, also x-ray. After 1.5 hours at clinic, my oxygen level back to above 95%. Now after almost 7 hours after the incident, I m almost good, breathing OK, just that slight lungs pain when cough once in a while. Oxygen level at 96%.
So to Dr Chu, I am sorry, u won't see me anymore at your clinic from now onwards. I also forwarded this information to my colleagues. This is not fake. To Dr Chu, u can check your record, my handphone last 3 digits are 752. Doctors are there to save people's life. I think in my case, you Dr Chu failed miserably as the owner. You can sue me if indeed you think this is fake and to tarnish your name.
Just for your information, myself fully vaccinated, second dose was on 25th August 2021. And my last RTK test with you on 9th September 2021, which was negative. No excuse for you to reject me from at least a first-aid, but I and my colleagues have strong reason to reject u and your clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very disappointed with the Indian staff at the front door. I’m the first one to arrive but she attended the person that comes after me. I sat at the chair that were provided and follow the instructions stated. I wait outside for almost 15minutes. But when my turn comes she said the doctor only available at 2pm. Really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese nurse very rude, she don't like got patient, always see her yelling other's patients : you got appointment or not! why no appointment! Even got appointment she also "black face" to you yelling that: today Malay doctor ah! Not Dr Chu ah! like you owe her a lot money. Then enter the keyboard very rough. Don't know clinic how long change keyboard one time.
Here Malay doctor & Malay staff are friendly except the Chinese aunty, Sometime I bring my mum do check up will confirm she not around first.
