★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one counter is open. Only one even when the queue is long. Waiting in line for my food is akin to waiting for puberty. You get that climatic excitement once you're at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always make suffer to people outside door. So big outlet but only 1 counter works always. Always crowded, exposing like too much business. Reality is u r being sifted at their door & the last minute it comes to know the food u r looking is finished or no new orders can be taken. In the past 6 months i went 5th time on this outlet & wasted my time in que. inside the counter no one entertaining for almost 20-25minutes. TERRIBLE! Better visit another place where u can get the food respectively after u’ll ‘ve paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 9.12pm on 11th June. Customer were queued until front door with only 1 counter open. Suddenly 1 staff come and said the chic finished. People are shock and everybody gets mad. It's only 9.12pm dude. Seriously this brunch sucks.
