★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike other fast food joint, this particular Burger King has its own way of tackling its patrons. With strict SOPs, this restaurant will only take perhaps five to seven orders at one particular time, inclusive of orders from the delivery mode (i.e. FoodPanda or Grab, the likes). Even if there are longer que, they won't entertain you unless they have cleared the five to seven batches. Then only you will be served accordingly. I love the Whopper and of course the Mozarella cheese stick. The cheese stick made its run again as perhaps a temporary /seasonal menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order banana pie, he kill in apple pie, remind him, he say will gv me banana pie, in the end i get apple pie! Wait more than 20mins to get my order. The burger is cold, and fried is cold, the worst "fast food experience i had. Very disappointed.

Why service so slow?
There no customer also slow.. waiting order more than 30 mnit..it is not enough staff?
It is more order to handle? if got online makesure front order also run smootly. .
1st time i come the service also slow..
the 2nd time i go ..im still thinking whether to i need go brger king..? then i take risk to order.
2nd time srvice also to slow.. almost 45 mnit my order not yet receive..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slooooowwww..... Qued for a few minutes then noticed customer at the front gave up on Queuing. Then I waited another 5 minutes if i haven't ordered I'll give up. To my surprise. For the whole 5 minutes. They haven't taken ONE order. While only focusing on delivery riders only. Never blaming the staff. The chain is totally understaffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place no give receipt with reason run out of receipt. We were standing there to wait as we were not know our number. Toilet is forever close (been here few months) and not accessable with blocking by chair & switch off lights. But I did sneak in and try all water is usable & flushable, perhaps they lazy to wash so close it. Counter staff (slim curl hair guy) are rude and not patient. Don't know how to key in Lazada promo and show displease face as if we own him money.
