We were waiting for almost 30 minutes in the que and another 15 minutes at the counter when our turn was not entertained. Is it so difficult to just entertain one line and politely inform the customers to maintain one line? Two rows if alternate, then do it fairly. A man was standing next to us and it was our turn to order. The staff told us he has been waiting for long. We said ok and let him order. Next should be our turn but he was taking order from the next person from the next queue and we said it should be our turn and he hesitated to take orders from us and continued to take another new order from someone else who came much later than us. We felt so disappointed with the service at this outlet. Need to upgrade customer service. I wanted to upload the picture of the staff but didn't want to tarnish his image. Kindly do something about this. I read other reviews that had similar experience.
