★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McD I have ever visited in my life. No numbering of orders, stand on que, give order at counter, they will prepare food and give you at the same counter. Highly inefficient. Apart from that, there were around 5 ques, no one can see where actual counter is standing behind. So, I stood in a que, went till the first place waiting 1 hour, then they told this que is not for ordering, you can join other que. We left without eating anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat here 2-3 times in a week, I do love the foods but Customer Service is very very poor. Weather it’s weekdays or weekends, busy or not busy. I always waited for more than 30minutes just for my simple meal. Service charge is paid. Item was just in their pick-up counter and no one bothered to check if the foods was too long, no one bother to send. Manager on duty should check and monitor and ask staff to send whoever choose for table service. Do improve your customer service and have a set timing each dockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have plenty of time to waste, this is without a doubt one of the top places to be in this resort.
The service staff really know how to take their time to prepare orders.
The staff were walking around with their masks down and chatting away. I guess the only saving grace is the fact that McDonald's food will always taste the same.
