★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on the 2nd day of raya 2022. Long queue but understandable since it’s the raya season. The staffs told us that if we opt for Double Down, we have to wait for 10 minutes. We agreed. The 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes and the next thing we knew, we’ve been queuing for about 1 hour. Even though we dined in, they packed the food same like the takeaway ones. No plates at all and we cannot order the set meals reason being they are out of cups so no drinks. After that 1 hour wait, I was hoping for my meal to be hot but nope…. it was cold. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at kfc. Not sure if it’s the raya season that their service here is poor but I really hope they can improve so other customers won’t have to go through the same experience like my family and I had.
