โ โ โ โ โ its a good and comfortable place to visit.easy to get parking also.but please improve on food..last time visited we have to mixed original and spicy chicken in one bucket due to spicy chicken not enough at that time..mixed feelings but still can compromise.

We walked in 10pm and the staff said chicken dont have and need wait for 40mins...coslaw also out of stock.
It so shameful to call as a fast food restaurant which chicken need wait for 40mins.
We order for dine in and walk to a corner to get our table but the cleaner keep mumbling because she just clean up the place and not so happy we sit down.
LEARN FROM M BRAND TO IMPROVE YOU EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY...MOST IMPORTANT IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM YOUR FRONTLINER. IF THEY NOT HAPPY JUST GO BACK HOME...NOT HERE TO AFFECT CUSTOMERS.

โ โ โ โ โ Worse compared to how it used to be before, always no stock of the side items, fried chicken has become very small, only drumsticks available most of the time. Really disappointed with kfc nowadays

I queue for at least 20 minutes. Kiosk is out of service, only one staff taking order.
After that itโs my turn, and I order food and the staff told me they only accept cash.
I am shock and disappointed.
I did not have cash with me that day and that is the reason I pick KFC.
And why I donโt think it is a surprise. It is KFC.
Always disappointed โน๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ The problem is there was not much menu items to be chosen like combo plate they have chicken but no buns and coleslaw and the the burgers set was finished. Seriously how come there's no stock when its located in a highly residential area. It really make me wonder....

โ โ โ โ โ A regular chicken specialty fast food chain that serves meals that are getting smaller and more expensive gradually. A surprising find with some Chinese ordering and cleaner staffs at this branch. The new menu addition in conjunction of the festive season is nothing to shout about except its a bit more crispier than the regular fried chicken. Premises is clean,but still just another calorie busting fast food chain.
