β β β β β Poor service as I have to wait until 45 minutes to get my food. The staff very slow in doing her task. Only 3 custemers at her que site but take time until 45 minutes compare to next que can prepared the ordered for 8 custemers within the same period. Hope can improve the service.

β β β β β The staff were nice. But I wasn't satisfied with the quality of food they served. The cheezey wedges were soggy,supersmall( like how u chose to give me ALL small-cut wedges in a pack, I didn't experience it with other branches) and they were slightly burnt to top it all.
Hoping for much better food quality in the future.

β β β β β Slow service vs McD. Please help to put few menus before the drive thru counter so that customer can decide upfront what to order upon reaching the order station. Bila ambil masa untuk decide order kena marah.

β β β β β I rarely dine at KFC. This place is clean and hygienic. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The meal was well cooked, fresh and close enough to the quality expected.
They shared building with Pizza Hut. Place was semi busy with ample parking.
