β β β β β The slowest, baddest pizza hut outlet in the world. No welcome greeting (as always and of course no smile) and no apology when your soup never came to table. Supervisor 'buat dunno' je with 'grimace' face when we went to cashier (the supervisor herself was manning the counter) and informed her to remove soup from the sales tab since it never was served.
In all, this is the only restaurant I guess where staff have no 'training' - NON-CUSTOMER ORIENTED. Given a choice, would never come to this outlet if not for my kids

β β β β β Cleanliness is poor. Customers can see the entrance glass so dirty with thumb prints etc. Male toilets is not working properly

β β β β β Some of the crew/staff are not friendly with customer.they just ignore the customer when we need help during ordering the menu even only us at their premise at that time.

β β β β β Love all the side dishes. The pizzas were so fluffy. But i think to scan qr code for the menu is inconvenience because the wifi connection is very poor. The mobile data at this area for umobile, celcom and tune talk also is not good. I prefer to look at the menu book because it is large, easy to see and practical for a group of people to choose the menu at the same time..
