★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 29 April 2022, I order a free snack plate combo at 4.27 p.m from the KFC website. The KFC said that the order will be delivered by Foodpanda. However, food has not come till now (8.37 p.m).
Your service has not performed well because you have defaulted under consumer law. First, I call lots of times to customer service but no one answered the phone and the only one time the employee said that he will call me back after understanding the situation. Unfortunately, he did not call back. Second, everyone shirks the blame when I called the KFC Kota Warisan DT. The first time, the call was accepted by a girl, she said nobody can deliver my food and suggested I pick it up or wait for the further situation and she will call me back after 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this is the second time that I did not receive a callback. The second time I called KFC Kota Warisan, the call was accepted by a man, he said that my food is not prepared by this restaurant, it was KFC Bunga Raya Sepang, he suggested I call another restaurant. However, there is no correct telephone number for KFC Bunga Raya Sepang.
What I can confirm is my order did not take serious action or service from KFC: I do not know which restaurant is doing my order and why the food is not delivered. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your money refunded or exchanged. Besides, I would like to receive a clear explanation of my order situation about why the order cannot reach and which restaurant doing my order. Enclosed are copies of my records about receipts and the time I called KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No drive thru available. No order at the counter available. The staff will ask you to use the kiosk but only 1 kiosk was available. So inconvenient. The queue was sooo long but the staff still asked us to use kiosk and didn't want to open any counter. Had bad experience on that day. ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be soo nice going here to celebrate an ocassion but with the new board system, not only its harder to find stuff to order but it takes longer time to order since u have to navigate thru everything and if theres no stock on an item, they simply remove it from the menu and that causes confusion most of the time. Portions are still the same but i really hope they hire more staff or offer more benefits/pay to the iob openings since most of the time i came here theres only 2 people working out every order and cooking the orders. Cleanliness is as usual, a "B" rating but food quality dropped for me over the years.
