β β β β β Just go last night on 20/01 monday. New staff I guess because the previous staff is very good. Fast and accurate. 5 star for them. These new workers is slacking off and make mistake. I don't mind if they want to laughing together and have a chat but please make it fast and correct. I order large but got small one instead so have to wait more for them to change it. And they don't say sorry at all. My order is num 636 but customer with number 638 got it first. I don't know how they arrange it but this is my 1st time experiencing a bad service at tealive.

Also, highly reccomended their most complicated drink cause its worth it for that extra bucks

β β β β β Cosy, nice, instaworthy place to chill. Staff was good, service was ok. Hope superior coco will be more umphh next purchase. Others were good as usual. And please add more menu such as cheesy range..
